State Farm Agency Representative $40,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Performance Bonuses Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM In-Office Position Location: 4710 E. Falcon Drive, Suite 108, Mesa, AZ 85215 Our established State Farm agency is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated State Farm Agency Representative to join our growing team. About the Role This is a sales and service position within an established State Farm agency. You'll assist clients with their insurance needs, provide outstanding customer service, identify opportunities to better protect our customers, and help support the day-to-day activities of the agency. This is not a high-pressure cold-calling sales role. Most of your time will be spent assisting existing clients, servicing policies, answering questions, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions. When outbound calls are made, they are typically to former clients who previously insured through our agency—not cold prospects.
