Customer Service Representative

Brian Booth - State Farm Agency, located in Vernon, CT is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role focuses on educating clients on appropriate options, asking the right questions, proactively highlighting things they may not have considered, and most importantly being comfortable pivoting to additional products with a “service +1” mindset. If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer phones and greet clients Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
