Receptionist – Farmers Insurance Agency Location: Milpitas, CA We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Farmers Insurance team. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a warm, professional first impression Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar Assist the insurance team with administrative and customer-service tasks Handle emails, paperwork, filing, and general office duties Communicate professionally with customers and insurance carriers Help maintain an organized, welcoming front office Qualifications Excellent customer-service and communication skills Friendly, positive, and professional personality Bilingual communication skills preferred Previous insurance agency experience is a major plus Farmers Insurance agency experience is especially valued Strong computer and organizational skills Reliable, dependable, and able to multitask Insurance license is not required for this position Compensation & Benefits $3,000–$5,000 per month base pay , depending on experience Bonus opportunities Health benefits Retirement benefits Training and opportunities for professional growth This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in the insurance industry.
