This position is primarily in-office in Columbia, MD, allowing you to collaborate with an experienced team and build lasting customer relationships. Remote may be considered for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record. What You'll Do Develop new business through referrals, networking, and agency marketing opportunities. Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Sell Property & Casualty insurance while identifying opportunities for Life, Health, and Financial Services products. Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Cross-sell and round out household accounts. Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale. Work with team members to achieve agency sales goals.
