This is not an entry-level position. If you've previously worked for a State Farm agent , hold active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses , and thrive in a commission-driven sales environment, we'd love to talk with you. Our agency has over 50 years of combined State Farm team experience and is built around providing outstanding customer service while helping customers protect what matters most. What You'll Do Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers Conduct needs-based insurance reviews Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, Business, and other State Farm insurance products Generate referrals and follow up on leads Cross-sell and identify additional coverage opportunities Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Consistently meet or exceed sales goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License Active Life & Health License Previous State Farm agency experience is required Proven insurance sales success Excellent communication and closing skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office workspace Applicants without previous State Farm agency experience will not be considered.
