Generating insurance quotes Conducting consultative sales conversations Closing new business Following up with leads Building strong relationships with new and existing clients Cross-selling additional coverage Providing prompt, accurate customer service The role also includes prospecting, appointment setting, and working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus commission Monthly and annual performance bonuses Paid time off Benefit allowance Retirement program Signing bonus is available for the right candidate Requirements: Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Ability to make cold calls and set appointments Excellent communication skills Comfortable building client relationships Efficient time management Goal oriented and driven towards success Creative problem solving Basic computer and CRM skills Sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
