RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales Develop ongoing networking relationships Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day BENEFITS: Starting base pay $22 - $25 depending on licensing and experience Commission Paid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days) Health insurance stipend Life insurance Retirement plan (after 1 year of employment) Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office QUALIFICATIONS: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire) If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
