Remote Bilingual State Farm Insurance Sales Representative (Spanish / English) Fully Remote | Full-Time State Farm experience and active Property & Casualty license required. Our State Farm agency is seeking an experienced, bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team. This opportunity is designed for a proven sales professional who understands the State Farm environment, enjoys helping customers, and can independently manage sales and service conversations from a remote setting. Compensation & Benefits $45,000–$75,000 total compensation , including base salary, commissions, and bonuses Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days 401(k) match Fully remote work opportunity Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment What You'll Do Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to identify sales opportunities Conduct insurance sales conversations and recommend appropriate State Farm products Develop new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and customer follow-up Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and other remote communication Explain coverage options, policy benefits, and available products clearly Identify opportunities to cross-sell and meet additional customer insurance needs Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, transfers, and claim-related inquiries Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service while working independently Required Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English , with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages At least 4 years of sales experience Previous State Farm agency experience required Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Experience selling or servicing personal lines insurance, including auto and homeowners coverage Proven track record of meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance targets Strong knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and agency workflows Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace Why Join Our Agency?
