Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) – Farmers Agency Career Opportunity We are hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative in the Kirkland, WA area. This role offers a strong sales system, mentorship, two weeks PTO, and stipend towards health insurance. WHAT YOU’LL DO Sell auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance Handle inbound + outbound insurance sales leads Provide quotes and coverage recommendations Build and grow a personal book of business Meet monthly sales production goals Work within Farmers compliance guidelines WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/ Mandarin or Cantonese Recent experience with Farmers or State Farm preferred Strong sales background (insurance preferred) Experience with State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive is a plus Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset Comfortable in a commission-based sales environment
