Insurance Customer Service

State Farm Agency, located in Longmont, CO is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service and sales for a well-established State Farm Agent. Please only apply if you have a Colorado Life, Health, Property and Casualty License(s). Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Longmont, CO. This is an in-office position. As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer phones and greet clients. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
