No problem. Farmers will sponsor and train qualified candidates to obtain a Property & Casualty License. Licensing must be completed within 90 days of hire. Hybrid & Remote Work Options This position is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Office Location: 5665 North Kraft Lake Drive Grand Rapids, MI 49512 Employees within 50 miles of the office will work a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office Up to 2 days remote Candidates residing in Eastern Time Zone states with an active P&C or Personal Lines License may be considered for fully remote opportunities. Work Schedule This position requires flexibility to support customer needs. Operating Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM EST Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST Schedule Requirements: Full-time (40 hours/week) Five 8-hour shifts per week Some evenings required Saturday rotation (approximately once per month) Some holidays required Training Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST Paid training provided Compensation Base Salary: Starting at $40,000+ annually Additional Earnings: Average performers earn $27,300+ in annual incentives Top performers earn $75,000+ in annual incentives Experienced Insurance Professionals: Candidates with 3+ years of licensed insurance sales and call center experience may qualify for Senior or Lead Sales Consultant positions with starting base salaries of $50,000+.
