As an Insurance Consultant, you'll assess client needs, recommend tailored coverage solutions, and grow your book of business through relationship-building and consultative selling. You'll work with individual and small business clients across multiple lines (health, property, liability, life), manage client accounts, process applications, and provide ongoing service support. This role offers a blend of sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of insurance experience (or transferable sales/customer service background), strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
