What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Cross-sell insurance products to current policyholders. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting. Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance policies. Partner with licensed agents to identify Life Insurance opportunities. Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, customer-focused manner. Overcome objections and educate customers on coverage options. Support agency growth through community involvement and relationship building. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
