Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Greg Lunde - State Farm Agency is looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our successful team in Carlisle, PA. Compensation Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year Projected Total Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000+ per year (base salary plus generous commissions and performance bonuses based on performance) Our compensation plan rewards results while providing the stability of a competitive base salary. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be able to commute to the office each workday. What You'll Do Develop new business through referrals, networking, agency leads, and proactive outreach. Build long-term customer relationships by identifying insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage. Conduct insurance reviews and present customized insurance solutions. Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and other State Farm insurance products. Follow up with prospects and customers to build lasting relationships and generate additional business. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews. Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth.
