This is a sales and customer service role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and also has the drive to identify opportunities and grow the business. We are looking for an energetic, motivated professional who can provide a remarkable customer experience while confidently discussing insurance products and helping customers find coverage that fits their needs. Insurance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right personality, work ethic, and skill set. Responsibilities Balance sales and customer service responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Assist customers with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, transfers, eligibility, and other insurance-related needs Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities within the existing customer base Follow up with prospects and customers to develop new business and strengthen relationships Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options Meet or exceed established sales and service goals Maintain accurate customer information and documentation Deliver a professional and positive customer experience in both Spanish and English What We Provide $40,000–$50,000 base salary, depending on experience Uncapped commissions on top of base salary Excellent bonus potential for top performers Paid Time Off for personal time and vacation Group Life Insurance Health Insurance Valuable insurance and sales experience Growth potential and opportunities for advancement within the agency Requirements Bilingual; Fluent in Spanish and English Property & Casualty license required or must be able to obtain Life & Health license required or must be able to obtain Insurance sales and/or customer service experience preferred Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred Previous sales experience preferred, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate solutions Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Our Team?
