Telemarketer / Sales Representative Jada Ashbacher Allstate Insurance Agency | Naples, FL Full-Time | In-Office Jada Ashbacher Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for a high-energy, competitive, and motivated Telemarketer / Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys starting conversations, and knows how to turn opportunities into results. We are seeking someone who is ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented, and ready to help grow the agency through consistent outbound calling, strong customer interaction, and sales support. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers Generate leads and set appointments for the agency Identify customer needs and introduce appropriate insurance products and services Build rapport quickly and create new customer relationships Follow up with warm and cold leads Maintain accurate call notes and pipeline activity Support agency sales goals through strong phone performance and persistence Provide excellent customer service on every interaction Requirements Sales experience required Insurance experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone Ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving forward Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office Strong work ethic and commitment to daily performance goals Competitive, coachable, and money-motivated mindset P&C license is a plus, but not required to interview Candidates without a license may be considered if they have strong sales experience and are willing to obtain a 4-40 license by start date Work Environment In-office position in Naples, Florida Fast-paced, growth-focused agency setting Heavy call volume with a minimum expectation of 150 dial-outs daily , unless supported by strong talk time or production Team-oriented office with a competitive and energetic culture Compensation and Perks Starting pay: $17/hour Base salary plus commission opportunity Uncapped earning potential PTO and vacation pay Licensing cost reimbursement may be available after a 90-day review for eligible hires Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Brings energy and confidence to every call Is persistent and not easily discouraged Enjoys competition and reaching goals Can connect with different types of customers Wants to grow within insurance sales and be part of a growing agency Location Jada Ashbacher Allstate Insurance Agency 2400 Vanderbilt Beach Rd Ste 107 Naples, FL 34109 Ready to join a fast-moving team and turn calls into opportunities?
