Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance needs. Recommend insurance solutions that help protect clients and their assets. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. Learn the operational, leadership, and business development skills needed to advance within the Farmers Insurance Protege Program. What We're Looking For 2+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic. Comfortable prospecting and generating new business. Coachable with a desire for continuous professional growth. Property & Casualty License (or the ability to obtain one before employment). Valid driver's license.
